Cacao is also known as the “food of the Gods.” Hawaii’s climate produces some of the world’s best cacao, and we source only the island’s choicest Kona cacao from local farmers. We then roast all of our selected cacao in our certified facility in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.

Eat our 100% Kona Cacao as is — with the shell on — for added crunch and fiber. Remove the shell and savor the inner nib many ways. Try sprinkling cacao nibs on ice cream or yogurt, grinding them with coffee beans, or adding them to trail mixes. The ground cacao nibs can also be added to spice rubs or used in the traditional Mexican mole sauce.
